I love sharing my journey of embodiment with other women. I often tell my students that there is a beginning, a middle, and an ever after of feminine embodiment. And the ever after keeps your body lithe, flexible, strong, and fully expressed.
When I start a new beginner series of S Factor movement, whether in person or virtually in the Strip and Rise course, I welcome them into the journey of a lifetime. Teaching S Factor has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It’s challenging to put words to why I love it so much, but I will try!
The personal connection I make with a student is filled with intimacy and joy. S Factor is a practice where I can give and receive love effortlessly. Every class is unique unto itself; new movement combinations, new playlists, new bodies in movement, new dances. Serving others to come into their wholeness as fully realized embodied creatures is an incomparable feeling. There is the sweet gift of taking an entire class through a meaningful celebration of the feminine form. Every class I teach teaches me tenfold. I continue to stretch and grow and learn about the wisdom, sensuality, and erotic life force of the feminine body.
Then there’s the women who love S so much that they want to become teachers! These women are at the precipice of a life change. Teacher training asks you to look deeply within yourself. To find that place where your most fully empowered self resides and to awaken that self and develop that self. Teacher training encourages you to grow. It challenges you to expand, not only your body through movement, but also through your heart, your mind, and spirit. The ride is intimate. It is breathtaking and freeing on an entirely other level than any other movement practice I have encountered.
S Factor was born from love. Love of women, love of the feminine, love of body, and love of movement. It is a thoughtfully and intentionally created movement practice that is capable of upleveling any student’s life immeasurably. I continue to watch S Factor blossom and spread and expand its reach all over the world.
Every single S Factor class elicits a sublime state of euphoria, which feels just like falling in love, over and over again. Each class is filled with music, warm low red light, and sensual movement. You feel your heart beating with every deep soulful breath, you feel alive and superhuman You feel more beautiful than you’ve ever felt before. Even on those days when you feel frustrated and exhausted, that love never fades. True love is patient, tolerant, unconditional, and eternal. If you truly believe in what you’re doing and do it with love, there’s nothing you can’t accomplish.
